The library also has programs and events running that are geared towards kids, teens, adults, seniors and newcomers to Canada. Cardholders have access to services that are free of charge and run both weekly and monthly. The Scottsdale Branch offers technology programs including Internet assistance for seniors and eBook instruction, children’s programs, free WIFI, three Internet workstations and printing services. Special collections of Chinese, Vietnamese and Hindi books, an extensive CD and DVD collection, early literacy stations and award-winning educational computer games are among the things you’ll find at this location. Located at 650 Scottsdale Drive, the Belle Ayre Apartments are an eight-minute drive and 32-minute transit commute and the Driftwood Apartments and the Diplomat Apartments are a 12-minute drive and 39-minute TTC commute from the library.

Most library branches feature Internet workstations, printers, WIFI, comfortable seating, special collections and ample parking spaces. Internet access and workstations are often available for three-hour sessions at a time. The Regency Court Apartments – Speedvale are a nine-minute drive and 33-minute transit ride and the Sienna Apartments are an eight-minute drive and 35-minute transit commute from the East Side Branch.

Guelph’s West End Branch is located in West End Community Centre and is a 10-minute drive and 24-minute transit commute from The Sovereign Apartments and a 13-minute drive and 44-minute walk from the Cherryblossom Apartments, Maplewood Apartments and Juniper Apartments.
